Hi my name is Mr. Best STPS's new ELTA. I am from England and I have been teaching for 5 years. I moved to Hong Kong in January 2023.  I teach mainly primary four to primary six.  Though, I also help with primary 1B and primary 3B. 

As English is not many of the student’s language they speak at home, I try to make my lessons fun and interactive. Learning any language is challenging especially if it is a second or third language. Hence, why I try to bring a range of educational games, videos and other fun activities to the class to help students enjoy English learning in a fun and relaxed environment.

In my free time I love to read, play badminton or play board games with my family. My wife and I have a pet cat called Thunder. He is a lovely cat and every morning he always "Meows" for his breakfast and treats at 6am, even on weekends when I am trying to have a lie in.

I am looking forward to teaching and helping everyone learn and have fun with English this year. If you see me about don't be afraid to say Hi, I don't bite I promise :).
