This year, third-grade classmate Zai became an ambassador for the Children’s Movement. By participating in cross-curricular theme learning, he used micro:bit to make a healthy pedometer, hoping to encourage friends and parents to do exercise together.
The students collected, counted and analyzed the amount of exercise performed by the students every week, discussed ways to increase the amount of exercise, and also suggested different types of exercise suitable for primary school students.
In order to make it easier for people around him to record their daily exercise, a classmate used micro:bit to make a healthy pedometer. Through simple programming design, repeated testing and finished product improvements, he finally successfully completed the production in a collaborative manner and showed it to his classmates. Works and report design ideas.
Let’s take a look at the results of their efforts!
