The Education Bureau encourages ordinary schools to adhere to the five basic principles of "early identification", "early support", "whole-school participation", "home-school cooperation" and "cross-sector collaboration" to implement inclusive education with the whole-school participation model through the coordination of culture, policies and measures.
The school has set up a Student Support Group to encourage all teachers to adopt a three-tier support model to care for students with special educational needs, thereby helping them overcome limitations and difficulties, enabling students to achieve a learning level within their capabilities, and promoting their potential in the growth stage, so that they can gradually become independent, adaptable and self-learning people and meet the challenges of life.
